2015 summer

Here is all the stuff that happened this summer,
the trip up north when the isolator failed and I lost all power.
the broken shift cable. but all is fixed and the season was too short

Inside the cabin and the trip north

The cabin is getting its electronics reworked , LED lights new stereo and 14 inch TV screen
all hooked into the xm radio and through my WiFi hot spot on the phone.
Also I found the ground short for th UHV radio and that works fine now

Shift cable failure

I couldn't shift the boat last fall and it got worse and worse
I thought it was the atomic 4 transmission but no its fine
Then discovered the cable was jammed. This is not easy to replace
Pulled out the old
The ericson with the Edison Pedestal and Atomic 4 engine uses 6400cc series cable
5/16 -24 threads
a 12 ft cable costs over 170.00 plus shipping

This is a Teleflex cable ,Teleflex bought out just about every cable manufacturer so a one stop scource.

The cable is quite heavy and expensive because of the diameter there is no cheaper way
